Why

Napster planned to launch a redesigned mobile version of its application, but knew they needed direct, qualitative user feedback to build the most streamlined, friendly and usable experience.

Nimble Partners designed testing that would help Napster know if its planned application had barriers that made it harder to use. We converted wireframes developed by Tierra Innovation into an interactive paper prototype that demonstrated application features and helped users visualize how they could use the software to browse Napster’s library and purchase and download music. Napster's director of product development observed the sessions and called our recommendations report more useful than that of a large, well-known usability firm.
