Why

Every year, MIT collects feedback on nearly 2,000 courses. The application that was being used to enter and process the feedback was no longer flexible enough to account for multiple course variations, and needed an overhaul to increase functionality and usability.

To help improve the process, Nimble Partners interviewed users and watched them work in the existing application. We then designed a new UI and developed several iterative rounds of clickable HTML prototypes to demonstrate and test the proposed changes. Working closely with the MIT team and users ensured the final design simplified critical tasks.
